Pier to Prom – Proving child abuse on a national scale, a teenager exposes English council’s fraudulent use of the welfare system

Within just 2 months from a child on a pier on the River Thames considering to kill themselves. To a prom on the River Thames displaying their strength and happiness. A family in London stops a well-evolved local authority malpractice, inspiring change.

Our large network fighting this abuse of power has helped with strategy and leverage. Some of the perpetrators have raised their hands to admit their guilt and expose their colleagues.

This is about England’s social services unlawfully making a vulnerable and compliant child live with a family with special needs. Because of this child’s selfless upbringing, this family no longer has special needs and this child becomes a strong teenage role model. The irony is, all these institutions had to do was ask. But because they didn’t, this malpractice is in the spotlight. Read more about what led to this here…

This was exposed by this child’s parents outwitting a hugely complex cross-department collaboration. The parents’ strategy was to target all departments with legal action apart from the school involved. Making them feel they had got away with it, the school unwittingly strengthened a case against them. They revealed they were one of the formal lead instigators because they blindly followed this corruption.

As a sign of desperation after this child was absent from their school for several months. In March 2019 the school threatened to fine the family with special needs if they did not force this child to go to their school. Instead of checking the school’s wrongful threat, this child was forced to go to their school. But the parents knew that forcing their child under extreme duress was going to end in disaster if they did not act.

Bexley Council’s fraudulent abuse of the welfare system

Just 20 days of being forced to attend school this child went to their parents asking them to sign a form for an autism test. The form was in an envelope from Oxleas NHS addressed to the family with special needs. One copy was to be returned to Oxleas NHS and one to be given to their school. Clearly being coerced, the child said to their parents, “It’s a lot of money and you get it all.” This child’s human rights solicitors could see this was Bexley Council’s inhumane abuse of power. By falsifying that this child has autism, they would no longer be liable for destroying the lives of this family. But, knowing their child’s hugely increasing anxiety, their parents chose not to enquire further. The following day this child considered committing suicide by jumping off a pier into the River Thames.

This Family’s Breakthrough

Council’s Abuse of Power (Endorsed by MP David Evennett)

The parents sought crucial advice from the Metropolitan Police who are experienced in these cases. In May 2019, this family’s local MP David Evennett sent the school this legal review of their case. It used several law firms specialising in child mental health, human rights and equalities. It showed the damage these organisations were inflicting onto this family. This prevented any more conspiracy against this family. The school was instructed that the child would now only go to their school if they felt up to it. This school began treating the child apologetically just as Bexleyheath Academy school did back in 2014. This had an immediate and profound positive effect on this child.

It is now public record how this politician’s 1 sole action has endorsed and proven this family’s legal case. All of the perpetrators naturally hated this family’s ingenious plan convincing the politician to do this. It produced court-quality evidence of Bexley Council’s fraudulent use of the welfare system.

Child no longer living a lie

From being constantly confused, instructed to think they have bad parents and autism, to realising the truth. This immediately regained a lot of this child’s happiness and confidence. They conquered their biggest fear of going to school. Showing the huge talent that runs through this family, even in such a short amount of time, they took and passed their GCSE exams. They happily moved back home to live with their own family. They began planning for their future and celebrated this by going to their school prom.

This child’s father used the media to create this proud event for his family. To free his child forever from this abuse he set about finding the reason why some of England’s institutions use children this way.

Community Safety Watch

In May 2018, parents played a video of their child from before all of this started. The family with special needs then said to them, “Wow, is that really the same child? No wonder you’re fighting so hard to help them.” And, “Up to meeting your child, our family had problems, spending every day unhappy and depressed. Your child makes all of our lives so much more bearable and it’s the only way we can all be happy.”

This council has given life-changing help to the family with special needs. They did this by destroying the lives of this other family. And by making their child live in a home that is formally proven unsafe.

Publishing Notes:

REF: VISCSW8767 – ABUSE OF POWER UNCOVERED BY CHILD. Viseum® Community SafetyWatch® is one of this family’s sponsors.

Since July 2017 our website has been publishing this family’s achievements. We have evidence of many people inside Bexley Council reading and talking about it. Many wanted to find out if their breach of human rights led to any of this family’s children committing suicide. Bexley Council replied to this family’s start of legal action with words to the effect, “We have no record of the meetings that you have recorded and these meetings’ minutes that you witnessed being taken were not taken.” And, “We are going to deny all of your claims because the amount of financial settlement you are asking for is too much.”

This shows how only some strong children can fight back against this abuse of power, which has become normal in today’s way of life. Press packs include case files against all perpetrating organisations with 6 years of correlated, verified and legalised evidence of their abuse of power:

  • Chapter 1 “Bullying and Victimisation” 2014 – 2016.
  • Chapter 2 “Treatment” 2016 – Today.

Inspirational Change

The solution to abuse of power is to become a crucial part of this change:

Institutionalism does not evolve over thousands of years. It is controlled by our institutions and passed down from each generation to the next. The world is experiencing more worsening climate and social related disasters. The sooner we make this change, the sooner the world’s biggest problems will go away. If you are inspired to be part of this, we want to hear from you.

Changing the culture of hate

Hate has been used by many extremist groups and even a president of the United States to create disruptive and divisive movements. This is just a symptom of today’s way of life. But, if this works for hate then we can campaign to fix the problem. Simply by voting together to make global trade independent of national politics, it will happen in our lifetime.
